We are preparing to open our hotel with 100 bed capacity with
an area of 10.000sqm surrounded by natural protected areas
with an area of 100.000sqm and facing the Lake Salda in Burdur-Yeşilova,
and the mountains thus having a scene of nature.
When swimming in the lake one can see how clean and crystalline
it is which is also carbonated and drinkable. Mud in the lake
including various minerals has an instant curative effect
for many incurable skin diseases.
Lake Salda with a depth of 186m is a tectonic lake surrounded
by pine trees. It is a tourism center drawing the attention
of both local and foreign tourists with its natural surrounding
and the mountains.The surrounding of Lake Salda is natural
protected area and is likely to Become known all around the
world in the future with its clean air, plenty of oxygen,
natural beauty and a scene of mountains with pine trees. Also
it is projected to construct a ski center in the mountains
behind the hotel.

Aydın-Kuşadası
We have been preparing to present a project to the world market
which includes the construction of 200 detached house housing
estate on our real estate having an area of 204.000sqm located
between Yaylaköy, which one comes across when driving towards
Aydın, Söke direction from Kuşadası , and Soğucak village,
leaning towards the sea from Yaylaköy to Soğucak, and facing
the sea over Davutlar, and having a full scene of Dilek Peninsula
from the left. The real estate, located between Yaylaköy (high
plateau village) and Soğucak, has the air of high plateau
with an offshore breeze blowing over the sea as it is clear
from the name as well as it has a unique scene. When it is
very hot in Kuşadası, Yaylaköy is cool with a breeze blowing

in Muğla-Milas-Güllük Kıyıkışlacık and facing Güllük village
and Mandolya Bay is 3rd bay in the world which gets cleaned
by itself joining the ocean by the offshore breeze Meltem,
Inbat wind, northwest wind Karayel, and north wind Yıldız.
It has plenty of oxygen almost unique all over the world thanks
to such winds.
It is 15 minutes drive to Milas airport and 30 minutes drive
to Bodrum. There are many significant ongoing tourism investments
in its surrounding. It is most likely that it shall become
a tourism center where future meets the nature. Also it opens
to the world by Güllük port. We plan a 5 star hotel for this
location, a Wonder of Nature with unique varieties of fish
and plenty of mussels.
